Sierra Nevada Construction has established an excellent internship program dedicated to providing undergraduates with an opportunity to gain practical
work experience and apply their classroom knowledge. Interns are teamed with project leaders who mentor individuals in their project management and engineering training. Sierra Nevada Construction does assist in relocation and housing expenses and compensation is based on construction experience and college credits completed. We at Sierra Nevada Construction consider interns as estimator/project managers in training and many former interns are offered full employment packages upon graduation.
